Service: Office hours are Monday through Friday from 7 AM to 4 PM
The following outlines the services preformed during the system start-up process-
- Spring Service: Turn on and test the irrigation system.
- Trim around and adjust sprinkler heads as necessary
- Remove and clean any clogged nozzles and/or heads
- Test operation of controller, zone valves and wiring
- Test rain sensor operation
- Replace back-up battery if required
- Set up and prime the pump station if applicable
All repairs to be made on a time and materials basis
Weather permitting; Spring system turn on’s begin April first. Please call early for a convenient appointment.
The following outlines the services preformed during the Fall winterization and system shut down process-
- Fall winterization: shut off water to irrigation system
- Blow-out system with compressed air to remove water
- Set controller to off position
- Drain the backflow preventor
- Open any drain valves and drain pump station if applicable
(NOTE: CONTROLLERS SHOULD BE LEFT PLUGGED IN FOR THE OFF SEASON AS THE TRANSFORMERS GENERATE HEAT WHICH HELPS KEEP THE CONTROLLER FREE OF CONDENSATION AND KEEPS THE CONTROLLER GROUNDED TO HELP PROTECT AGAINST SURGES AND LIGHTNING)
